We will be with Him “FOREVER”; we will be worshipping Him for an eternity ~ better start now!
BTW, it does not matter that Pres. Bush is still in office — b/c as long as he will not become the AntiChrist; then why should it matter WHO is in office when the AntiChrist comes forward? {It may make it easier for the AntiChrist TO step forward, when he appears to be a FRIEND to Israel & what better way to get in the loop than having a good buddy (Pres. Bush) to help make inroads…. Which, sigh, is that not exactly what Pres. Bush is doing? Not only that, but we have to keep in mind that ALL RULES will change after the rapture. The U.S. may not even HAVE a President any more after that. (?) No one can truly say for sure. OR another possible scenario: The current Pres. will stay in office (sure… it’s never happened before, but anything’s possible after the rapture.) There is NO stopping the rapture & tribulation getting started SUPER SOON now — once God’s hand decides to remove the Restrainer. 2 Thess 2:7 …Be watching!

Blair says Middle-East peace could happen QUICKLY: http://www.calcuttanews.net/story/355036 He declared a peace deal was possible “faster than people think”. He also thought a breakthrough could be on the cards if there were to be an end to rocket attacks on Israel.
Condi, Pres. Bush, and all other world leaders think peace in the MidEast IS achievable by the end of the year. And I say ~ a lot faster than that even, should the rapture happen any time soon. I imagine the peace deal may be confirmed within days ~ possibly even hours ~ of the rapture. The devil will not want to waste any time.
I personally do not know many people who are avidly watching for Jesus, but the ones I do know all say the same thing: He may come just ANY DAY NOW!! Good!! Because we ARE to know “the time of the season”!! And Christian friend ~ this is DEFINITELY that time!! :)

I came to the computer to update in the middle of the night, before my computer gets knocked out by the storm (again) …. Always seems to happen. And I was planning to update tomorrow anyway. Condi Rice is in London today ~ big POW WOW “Quartet meeting” there, hosted by (none other) than the ME peace envoy himself, Tony Blair. ….. As usual, Israel is expected to make ALL the concessions, and lift road blocks, and basically do everything they’re told. And what do the Pals get? BILLIONS of dollars to ahem, “build their economy”.
So anyway, it’s pretty much the same ol’ scenario you’ve heard me describe ~ the “2 state solution”, the roadmap to peace (or to hell~ another way of putting it), and now the extreme pressures from world leaders to “let’s get on with it”.
Plus, yesterday just finished up a “Palestinian Investment Event” ~ aimed at spurring investment in the occupied territories and advancing the Middle East peace process.

My apologies for not being able to update sooner – I start out Monday with a “bang” and a to-do list the size of Dallas (ha! ~ thinking that I can achieve all in ONE day….. guess I’m one with high expectations!) and then, I turn around twice & Friday is here before I know it! ZIP ~ ZOOM!! Where did the time fly??
My apologies also for ~ well, it’s TRUE that there ARE 1260 days between the beginning of Passover & Rosh Hashanah 2011 ~ but apparently Rosh Hashanah is not EXACTLY when the mid-trib era will fall. Do not despair though – the mid-trib could still land close to Rosh Hashanah ~ making our redemption extremely soon. [by the signs of the times, it’s due to be super soon anyway!!]
Fact is, it’s staring us RIGHT IN THE FACE. Hey, I am still eyeballing this spring ~ even this very month as a distinct possibility that it could be when Jesus may come! We know that we know that we KNOW that He WILL come! And “our job” is to BE READY!!

April 8-9, 2008 We live right smack in the area of tons of storms ~ tons of WILD storms & golf ball size hail last night! (thankfully they didn’t weigh 100 lbs each ~ as they will during the trib! You all CATCH THAT?? What have I been saying all along? That the BIG LIE during the tribulation era will be that ALL PATHS (just pick a “religion” ~ they’ll ALL get you to heaven!! <— THE LIE!!) Who knows but this may be my last commentary ~ EVER! That peace treaty is just groaning and struggling to burst out...it can't be that much longer! Rapture may easily happen before Passover even. There’s also First Fruits which follows Passover ~ suspected by many watchers as a possible time. Or any day in between, but one thing you can bet the farm on: JESUS IS COMING!!!!! March 24, 2008 How was your Easter? Mine was okay ~ it’s always good to be with family (DH’s family). At least everyone is cordial & friendly & concerned about each other.
From the extended-extended family though, I do tend to get “those looks” ….. you know, like I’m wearing two horns!! Because I am the only one among them who “believes THAT STUFF” [about Bible prophecy!] Granted, DH believes, too, but he is not the one to be out front about it. … Don’t get me wrong ~ I don’t go to family get-togethers & start “preaching! Ha. But I’ve been known to casually mention in our newsletters which we send out around Christmas that “it’s getting to be about that time” [of 1 Thess 4:16-18]
Soooo…. I’m the one who shows up on occasion to family get-togethers & am stared at – and it’s almost like I can read their thoughts! Of course, we’re not Catholic either ~ so I wonder just what on earth they’re thinking of us! Heh! DH & I are the only ones among all of them who believe the rapture [the catching away] and that it’s but a trumpet call away!
Perhaps you think: ‘But you’ve taught & believed & looked for the rapture to happen “just any day now” for years now…. What makes this year any different?’
Signs, people!! SIGNS!! The “2 state solution” continues to be in the news. Israel ~ in fact, Ashkelon, is being bombed every single day. [we just don’t hear of it on the TV news reports or it’s stashed some where in the middle of a newspaper, b/c Israelis are the “victims” here…. But now, if they were to confront their attackers & lob bombs BACK AT them, then whew… the whole world would be crying for the “poor” Palestinians!] BTW, when Ashkelon is the one place being bombed, it always brings to mind: Zephaniah 2 Will this judgment of the nations happen during the early part of the tribulation?
Tony Blair, Dick Cheney, John McCain, George Bush, King Abdullah, Javier Solana ~ these are but a small handful of world leaders trying to make peace happen in the Middle East. The land WILL be divided – but again (as I’ve mentioned previously) the Bible indicates this will happen DURING the trib, which means it cannot happen as long as Christ’s followers are still here.
Tidbits of interesting info: Tony Blair had a "Jesus complex" which led him to believe his presence was essential at key moments on the world stage, one of his closest confidants has admitted. Jonathan Powell, the former PM's chief of staff for 12 years, said Mr Blair displayed a missionary zeal when dealing with the Northern Ireland peace talks.
Others tried to tone down the description "Jesus complex" but that is exactly what it is... he obviously has a VERY high opinion of himself...like he can bring peace… that just his presence can make a difference....sounds very familiar!

Me again: So, if you’re the one who gets “those funny looks” at family get-togethers & the like, then just know ~ let people believe what they will, but the Lord **IS** coming!! And by the signs, it’s easy to figure this year is looking very dear! Perhaps this spring?
Syria is ALREADY [once again] preparing for war….. If they decide to use chemical weapons this time, they’re gonna’ get their tail ends roasted (literally!!) See Is. 17. Too bad for the innocents living among them ~ pray for them, that TODAY is the time for salvation & that they will turn to the Lord before it is forever too late.
Passover & First Fruits are coming up. Though the Jewish holidays have nothing to do with The Church ~ yet just something to think about: should the mid-trib land on or near Rosh Hashanah 2011 (& providing the first half of the trib is a full 1260 days,) then the rapture would happen by Passover of this year ~ latest! Well, of course, it may or may not happen by then, but there’s nothing wrong with thinking in SMALL CHUNKS of time ~ as I truly believe that’s all we have left down here anyway!!
I have mentioned in a previous blog that mid trib COULD land near Rosh Hashanah & gave reasons why. [particularly: Jeremiah 8:20 Amos 8:1-3 Amos 8:5-7 The book of Amos leads me to believe what would NORMALLY be a cheerful time of celebration for them, [Rosh Hashanah??... which, in 2011, will be one week after summer is over] ~ but this normally festive, cheerful time instead turns into wailing in the streets as they’re having to flee for their very lives with the AntiChrist’s henchmen on their backs!
Anyway, just something to think about. Keep in mind though, that Jesus could well come BEFORE the next Jewish feast. He could even come before tomorrow, for that matter! He IS coming ~ just any day ~ just any moment!! Watch!!
March 16, 2008 (I’ve just been completely overwhelmed with prophecy progressing at such an exponential speed here recently that it’s been almost impossible to keep up with) but IF I would have updated every time I thought about it ~ I expect this long blogged site would be at least another 5 SUPER-LONG (heh!) pages long!!
So let’s start with this: We all know that the USA is *teetering* on financial collapse now & I know even on prophecy boards, some are striking fear into the hearts of others ~ suggesting people run to the banks & pull all their $ out, etc.
Let's see.... we are to comfort each other with the words of there's going to be a run on the banks? A run on the grocery stores? To stock up on peanut butter?
Nope, {{smile}} ~ we are to comfort each other with the words of our "Blessed Hope"!!
Meanwhile...my IMHO was {and is} that we'll be gone before a major financial tragedy strikes.
I still think so, too! I know we could be dead wrong (financial collapse of the Great Depression) BUT things are so different now days! For one, even back then when EVERYONE in the world was broke during the '30s, people were at least willing to help each other out. My grandmother fed many "hobos" who would show up at her back door, starving, & begging for food. She wasn't "scared" that they came by when she had a house full of kids -- she wasn't the least bit concerned about being shot or raped by any of them. She just knew they were desperate for food. They'd eat, then go on their way.
But when it happens THIS NEXT TIME (soon, after we're gone I expect) ~ then people are going to be SOOOO angry & loveless that they'll start killing each other over food!
You know how HATEFUL people are in these end days! Why, we nearly got creamed on the highway Sat. afternoon just because a guy decided he wanted on on the entrance & was flat going to run us down if we didn't get behind him!! [no one bothers "yielding" any more! ~ nor do they drive with consideration or courtesy!! You literally take your own life in your hands each & every time.....] And it's beyond me how people just don't CARE about anybody -- they just flat don't care if they kill you… they DO NOT CARE!! Honestly!! Their hearts are SOOO cold.
Anyway, so it'll be beyond HORRIBLE when there's a $ crash & everyone is grappling just to stock up on the bare essentials of life like food & water!!
This is the #1 reason I think the crash will happen AFTER we are gone. We were told by the Lord Himself that the rapture will happen as life is continuing on as ORDINARY, remember? ... where people were busy building, planting, planning weddings, getting married, going to baby showers, thinking about retiring, etc. etc. etc.
So, if bombs were zipping in the sky, if there was a major financial collapse & the whole country was shut down & out of work, then how would this be "ordinary" living? People would not be "buying and selling" and planning big, expensive weddings at that point. They certainly wouldn't be busy building homes & growing businesses on a large scale.
Again, a reminder that in Lot's day ~ one of the things ppl were guilty of was "fullness of food"! Ezekiel 16:49 ~ they were busy feeding their own bellies & living the good life & failing to help the poor & needy. In every large metropolitan city, you see "oodles" of cars parked in the restaurant parking lots -- every single day!! Believe me, I know there are (sadly) some who do not have "enough", but there are yet plenty of others who certainly do have "fullness of food".
This does not go hand in hand with a major financial collapse at the same time. For when that happens, it'll put many of those restaurants out of business! And the ones who have money to hoard WILL hoard it & stay at home.
Hey, I'm not AGAINST having an extra stock of food, water ~ and even "some" cash around (although even if I had any to keep around, then I'd be worried about burglars!! ~ so for us, it'd be a no-win situation!)
I've got a few jars of peanut butter, crackers, water ~ things like that set aside -- but not thinking of it for our use, as much as for those left behind. {.......and I expect they'll be needing it *soon*!!}
Anyway, the ONLY reason I don't panic is cause the Bible STILL says that life will be going on as ordinary .... when Jesus comes to gather us at the pre-trib rapture.
But then, they DID have the Depression of '29 ~ and it wasn't time for the rapture yet...... THEN!!
Sometimes, I honestly have to pinch myself & REMIND MYSELF how close we must be to the rapture NOW!! Not JUST b/c of the $ setbacks, but b/c ALL signs & symptoms are going on AT ONCE!!! .... "when these things BEGIN to happen".......

Feb. 20, 2008 Has it ALREADY been more than a week since I last updated? My ~ how time FLIES!! Been dealing with a lot: flare with appendix again; heater went out; water heater went out; some people we know lost their daughter in a horrible accident….. One thing right after another. Right now, just like you I bet, I’m up to my chin in papers, papers, receipts, etc — to get our taxes done on time [we read that you must have your taxes completed on time in order to qualify for the tax rebate ~ so that put the fire under me!] And I really need to keep my nose to the grindstone.
But then, when I get a most-urgent update like this one: http://www.calvaryprophecy.com/q856.html [Iran & Israel on the verge of military action!!] ~ it tells me that we may not be here LONG ENOUGH for me to get the taxes in! NEVERTHELESS, life is to continue on as ordinary clear up until we hear that trumpet! So yes I will continue working on it. At the same time, knowing that those of us who follow & obey the Lord could INSTANTLY be transformed from corruptible to INCORRUPTIBLE body & standing on a cloud, staring face to face with Jesus, our Savior & Lord!

Regardless of the political razz-jazz (of Shas party threatening to quit) ~ but even so, I have one very important question to ask: ARE YOU READY TO LEAVE HERE IN A MOMENT’S NOTICE?? Don’t ever think that we cannot be raptured b/c it is still winter! If the land is divided during the tribulation, [Daniel 11:39] then we could be hearing that trumpet just any day ~ any time ~ any moment!!

Catch that word!! LEAGUE!! May automatically remind us of “league of nations” ~ but in this case, I think it means the league of people/nations that will throw in with the AntiChrist when he first steps up to the plate. Notice, at first, the entire world will not worship him (like they will do towards the end of the tribulation [see Rev. 13:4,8] but to begin with: he will become strong with only a SMALL NUMBER of people. {yet, we know “who” gives him POWER to further his career as AntiChrist…. And for those who do not know — it will be none other than satan himself}
