Nov. 15, 2010 I’ve never in my life been so deluged with FAKE Christians ~ who go around, masquerading as the real thing! My DH is taking a call right now from someone he works with, ahem, “Mr. Christian” who regularly attends an AOG church, performs and participates in Christian concerts and is so foul-mouthed on this phone call ~ “unbelievable”!! Including constantly taking God’s Name in vain!!
My friend’s husband, who regularly attends a Baptist Church and also participates in “Christian functions” is yet another who goes around masquerading as “Mr. Christian”; he professes one thing, but does not depart from evil; he is running around on his wife – a constant pattern for him, as he goes from one fling to the next. ADULTERER!!! …one whom God will judge!
Another ahem, “rapture watcher” so he claims, but by his actions, I have to wonder if he may even be demon-possessed!! … for real… (can’t go into details, but do appreciate prayer here as he’s making physical threats…)
Then an email bud sent me a you-tube video of one of his very best friends who, in trying to “prove” the rapture is pre-trib (which it is, no qualms there) but he uses lots of unwholesome cuss words throughout the whole thing. When I first tuned in at this friend’s request, I sat here & thought ~ now did I just hear what I THINK I heard?! But yes, he sprinkled it generously with that kind of talk... after a couple more sentences, I’d decided I’d heard enough.
Hey look, I know that a lot of people slip up on occasion, but for someone who PURPOSELY talks like that, on video for the world to see, all the while “teaching” about the rapture ~ you seriously think they’re going ANYWHERE when the rapture horn sounds? Does ANYONE even understand the meaning of “shame” any more?!
Suffice it to say, that particular ahem, “teacher” thinks the Church will not go thru’ any kind of judgment because as he falsely teaches, all our judgment happened at the Cross. He’s wrong, folks. Judgment BEGINS in the house of God, and if it begins with us first, what will be the end of those who do not obey the gospel of God? [1 Peter 4:17]
I used to think I was somewhat protected from the morons of the world by living in (what used to be) the most conservative area of the country. No more. satan has his minions on every corner and in every neck of the woods!
I don’t know about you, but I am praying that the Lord will SOON airlift us out of this incredibly sin-sick, filthy, hell-loving world!! May it be soon! We pray in Jesus’ precious and Holy name; AMEN!!
P.S.>> ladies, consider it good warning that you may want to reconsider carrying a purse this time of year!! Seriously. Robbers and thieves are thick year-round, but tend to even WORSEN this time of year with the major holidays coming up! And I say this from pure experience, as I sensed for the 2nd time this year, a would-be robber was just about to grab my purse while ago! Surely we can retrain ourselves to keep certain necessities in the vehicle and to merely carry a wallet or credit card & keys on us. It’s an evil age in which we live! Please take care. Better yet, may be wise to stay away from as many stores as possible till the holidays are over .... Just a thought. MARANATHA!!!!
