Oct. 20, 2010 ....Rambling thoughts, jumping quickly from subject to subject...
Christian friends, it is about time for the rapture! One can look at the world around us ~ and wonder/ponder …. Can things keep going on like this for even another 6 months? Riots are escalating in both France & Britain, in the US voting is about to take place which “could” cause rioting, and mark my word, riots WILL break out here, too, the minute they try to kick in “pension reform” as people who’ve worked their whole lives for their retirement are not going to just take that – so that “their” pensions they sweated for can be distributed to the next door lazy neighbor who will not work for a living.... But guess what? Last week, a friend told me that she saw on FOX news that pension reform IS being discussed for the US as well, and that was before the French riots had even broken out.
And according to WND the other day, well over 400 international banks are calling for a one world currency! Boy, if these people who’re rioting only knew that some day (soon!) they’ll be TOSSING money into the street!! {without looking, I believe that Ez. 7} Won’t be any good at all! ~ not after the mark is demanded on the world.
Last week I was hit with credit card fraud – just in case you weren’t aware…. Your card does NOT have to be stolen…. But someone merely gets hold of your number and then makes a “new card” and goes on a spending spree! If only s/he knew what awaits them round the bend! The bank tells me this type of thievery is “very” rampant. So when “mr. knight in shining armor” (antiChrist) comes riding to town on his white horse – it’ll be an easy “PR” sale to the world to tell them by taking his mark it will get rid of thievery! It’s ALREADY being promoted in college textbooks RIGHT NO W – that this microchip implanted in the wrist will take care of all of one’s medical records!! So between a person’s checking account, and his medical records – you see what an easy sale the mark of the beast will be?!
Well, riots in France and Britain, ... and Blair was back in the MidEast talking with Abbas yesterday~ probably trying to constrain the man for just a little while longer! And Iran’s nut job! Oh man…
Things are just out of control literally all around us. The only ones who say they are too busy enjoying life “down here” are the “haves” ~ while the “have nots” go on suffering & yet no one seems to care. But don’t worry, for those who are “too busy” to come to the wedding, I’m sure the invitation will be withdrawn. (re: Matt 22) This does not include though, (my humble opinion) those who spend their energy just merely trying to make it through each day with their individual allotment of suffering.
The name of Christ is thrown around to get political votes as I’m sure you’ve noticed. Call it what you want, but in my books, this is blaspheming the Holy Spirit ~ to PRETEND to be a Christian, and if truly that’s how God views it, then this is an unforgivable sin.
A “Christian” man I know who works on “Christian TV” …. Well it’s pretty obvious he’s got that effeminate side (is gay) and yet… goes on talking about the Lord anyway!.... speaking and singing about a heaven he’ll never see. I’m not picking only on this one guy ~ a person has to wonder just how many in the “church crowd” are truly part of the world. Will close to some 99% of the church attendees be left after the rapture?
Then some Christian “teachers” (even if their hearts are supposedly in the right place) teach that ALL who name the name of Christ will be raptured – no exceptions! Phhht!!! I hardly think so!!
So we’re sitting around in heaven – we’ve already “gotten there” and gone thru’ the judgment, now we’re sitting around talking about our early experiences….. some talk about how they overcame satan by the word of their testimony & tell of their missionary experiences out in the jungle ~ some may talk about how they ate rats as a “delicacy” in Mexico as part of their mission experience. (I’m not making that up! ~ my friend quickly lost 15 lbs when she realized that!)
It won’t take long to see who was good at doing what – that’ll easily be determined by the crowns worn…… and then, these with their false teaching who say ALL go in the rapture regardless of what their lifestyle was like ~ think that…. What?? There’s “Kevin” talking about how he was involved in a relationship with his “man friend” when the rapture trumpet sounded….and “Charlie” who chuckles about the strip club he was in on that famous evening when the trumpet sounded!! Um……. I DON’T THINK SO!!!!!!
Folks, no one who is practicing sinning on purpose is going ANYWHERE when the rapture trumpet sounds!! The false teachers will tell you differently ~ then there’s me (and a small handful of us) who swim upstream. All cannot be right!! Choose which one you want to believe – but you BETTER be right!! And… when it comes right down to it, it’s not really a matter (anyway) of what you WANT to believe, it’s a matter of how does the Bible handle it. ~ keeping in mind that Rev. 22 says those who would not repent of their DEEDS <— “DEEDS” ~ not “unbelief”!! I am of the opinion that the rapture of the church will be far less disruptive than is often depicted or than Christian teachers teach.
I do not think “millions” will disappear or that there will be massive car wrecks and airplane crashes. Most people are not following the Lord and abiding in the Vine. They may “pick and choose” ~ cafeteria style, some chosen verses of Scripture to lean on as their “life verses”, but then virtually ignore the whole counsel of God.
And yes, I felt the earth literally “rumbling” under me in the Midwest quake we had last week! Had it lasted a few minutes (instead of seconds) likely I would have gotten my “marching orders” on to heaven ahead of THEE trumpet blast! No matter ~ ready to go no matter how He calls.
Merely a “pilgrim” passing through down here….. I DO give thanks though that I was not “buried” underground for over 2 months!! Wasn’t that miners story something? And believe me, cameras are going to pan in when the 2 witnesses lay dead in the streets of Jerusalem at the end of the trib as well (I personally think they will be ministering/witnessing during the 2nd half of the trib.)
Will be glad when I’m gone, that’s for blame sure!! Sometimes, no matter who you are, no matter what your place is in life, your work can be SO overbearing at times. Sometimes you feel that nothing is EVER good enough….. more, more, more…. Tit seems to be all these corporate mentalities care or think about…. I don’t give a rip about how they pay millions to being in the “inspiration gurus” to pump the employees and sales team up…. The minute the speakers are out of sight, it’s right back to cracking the whip. Won’t it be incredibly awesome to get to heaven and be assigned various individual tasks up there – without having to work by the sweat of our brow? Without having to constantly bend over backwards to please someone & all the messy office politics that go with it…. I concur ~ it will!
I’ve told only one friend about this. Let me share with you, but PLEASE do not take it & post it all over mb’s and go off into “loopy land” over this….. as I really think some (a lot) of people put way too much emphasis on dreams and visions and such things. This, of course, was neither, but even so, stay balanced, ya’ hear?!

Okay…. “maybe” just a coincidence of “nicetie-nice” things said by the cashier….. but interestingly enough, just as I was headed INTO the “everything” supermart store to do my Sat. shopping, the Scripture came to mind about how we should entertain strangers as they may be “angels unawares”.
Then, in typical female fashion, I got to shopping & pretty much put that thought on hold for a good, long while. In fact, really didn’t even think of it again.
Funny though, just as I was going through the checkout lane, the cashier – a little-bitty female, anyway, I had this weird sensation in WONDERING (not knowing “for sure” of course) ~ but the thought did cross my mind in wondering if she as an angel. Funny how that thought even transpired across my brainwaves ~ not something I go around wondering about that much -- whether or not people are angels… and in fact, in this day & time, one has to ever-SO-careful in figuring out “which side” a person is on even! Fruits, fruits, fruits! ~ Jesus told us we would know them BY their fruits.
Do angels sneeze? Ha! ~ this cashier sneezed… but then, we were in the height of ragweed season! Yet... If they occasionally take on human form...??
At any rate, I thought it mighty peculiar ~ especially what with the angel thought going through my head ~ that the last thing she’d say to me was in emphasizing: “see you soon!”
Now maybe ~ it was just a pleasantry being said by a “human” cashier – you know, as in: “come back & shop with us again soon!” ~ something along those lines.
Or maybe…. It was an angel? And that’s why she placed so much emphasis in saying those three little important words to me?! Maybe an angel, or maybe a “watcher” who felt directed by the Lord to say that, I don’t know for sure.
One thing for sure, will be interesting to get to heaven and find out! And by the way, this has been at least 4 weeks ago ~ and I have not seen that same cashier in there since then, even though I shop in there every week. Hmm!!

All is good and ready to roll ~ should literally be any day now. Keep on keeping on till then. Stay in the Word. Be doers and not hearers only.
And I’d rather expect that satan’s been after you, kicking and stomping you all around too. After all, we were told that we WOULD suffer in this life. The very thing that’s the biggest pet peeve to me in all of life – satan has his minions after me and I keep thinking about it ~ wondering why I’m being “picked on” you know… but that just has to be it! Oh boy, he chose “the perfect person” for the job! ~ ~and the biggest pet peeve of my entire life to come after me on!!
Oh well ~ surely the last moment of the last days!! So naturally this, among all things, would plaque me….. daily, constantly. I literally have to work at not hating this person. Another satanic strategy. Pray, pray, pray and stay, stay, stay in the Word!
DH just put “Everybody Loves Raymond” on ~ I would SOO love that show….. (you do not know HOW CLOSE to home it hits!! ~ only it’s not exaggerated ENOUGH….) except that I cannot stand the “OMG” language in it. ‘course, “everyone” talks like that today, right?! Wrong. “Our Father Who art in heaven: HALLOWED be thy Name”!!!!!!!!!
Hallowed ~ HOLY ~ righteous!! Name above all names!! NOT to be taken lightly ~ glibly just tossed around, or used in cussing. Yes, that IS cussing and taking His Name in vain.
Armor on Christians & keep watching! Maybe just maybe the Lord will gather us up to Him this season as the world prepares to celebrate satan’s holiday. We keep hoping! We keep watching! It’s just got to be soon ~ too many things line up. MARANATHA!!

I say that because of all that is happening here in the Middle East that was foretold in the prophetic passages in the Bible. There is not one prophecy that must be fulfilled before the Rapture, that's next on "God's calendar of prophetic events". Keep looking up.......it could happen today.
