August 4, 2010 ~ Friends the world is ALREADY celebrating our being “gone”!! Today there was a historic overturning in (where else?) San Francisco when a judge OVERTURNED the majority vote of the people, and legalized gay marriage in CAL!! Sodom & Gomorrah all over again!! ~ and LUKE 17 stands true!!!!!
Further, such things are catching my eye lately ~ i.e. An address for a postal machine with the return address being ONE GLOBAL VIEW ~ hmm... Interesting, huh?! And AT &T’s ad for their “wicked fast” phone; Tom’s of Maine is getting into the act: “wicked fresh” mouthwash.
One day recently I brought home one of those really pretty teal-colored towels from Wal-Mart – and while cutting off the tag, I noticed the color was called: Angel Fallen. At that point, naturally I wasn’t about to keep it.
See? The world just loves to celebrate this stuff! And soon ~ with their fallen angels and their ONE GLOBAL VIEW, they can celebrate homosexual marriages and all that God abhors, and they can enjoy their “wicked” fresh mouthwash and their “wicked” fast phone service!! They will be serving a god who is not our God!! In fact, most of the world is already doing this.
Other tidbits: Bibi & the Pals will be holding DIRECT TALKS in the coming weeks ~ the U.S. Administration is currently twisting the arms of the Pals to do it, so I imagine they wouldn’t want to hurt the pres.’ Feelings on that...
I was mad & upset at the totally lack of sense of the “o” administration when a few days ago I heard how now this lopsided gov’t is going to impose fines on farmers for having “too much dust”!!! ~ doesn’t matter if a cow stirred it up, or if the wind kicked up or if it was from harvesting crops.... And I just got to the point to where I wanted to give up myself thinking this world is just completely ZANY!!!! Gone over the edge into LOOPY LAND!!!! There is no sense anymore – anyway, there will come a time, mark my words, when farmers will just give up ~ throw their hands in the air & either retire or move or bankrupt – but they will definitely have a “what’s the use” attitude & then so much for growing food!!!! >>> another sign of the Tribulation when of course there will be very little to eat. It’s all part of the overall setup. While it’s SO tempting to nod our heads in *utter disgust* at the lack of common sense, we just have to remember that God is in charge & all is going according to plan!
Another example of the madness & goofiness of the world: some friends were having a roof put on, so a neighbor leaves an anonymous note on their vehicles saying “thanks a lot for the nails around here and if I run over one & get a flat tire, you’re going to pay for it” ~ scribbled handwriting and no name.... What a coward!! What a JERKY coward!!! People have gone off the deep end, I tell you. I recall how after my husband lost his father about 7 years ago, he contacted a customer about a week later & she was a raging lunatic & read him the riot act ~ he thought telling her he’d just lost his father might elicit a little sympathy but the very greedy, extremely rude & selfish lady only said, “so what has that got to to with ME?” Perilous times, folks!
I don’t know about you guys – but the “world” can have this goofy, self-centered, messed up world!! I want to get out of here – and on to paradise with Lord Jesus!!
And Tony Blair is set to have a book out the first of Sept., telling about his life & career... A book which also helps “shape his thoughts about the future”. Of course, in the meantime, Prince Charles has come on the scene saying that it is his life mission to “save the world” ~ I know some have long suspected him as a prime AntiChrist contender.. I think Blair is the one with the charisma though & the “rock star quality” (which he once dreamed of being, btw). Plus, he’s already been involved in a major peace agreement in the world, when he (almost single-handedly) brought peace to Ireland; and MidEast peace is always on the forefront of his mind.
At any rate, we don’t know on “this side”, but if it is any current world leader who will become the AntiChrist & the fullness of sin has reached its limit (sickening God) and the Holy Spirit is restraining all this madness (which the world will think is just one big LOVE FEST); and the rapture is the only thing holding the AntiChrist back from forging that peace deal in the MidEast..... It can only mean one thing!! Tick-tock ~ Tick-tock! Have a look at that clock and know that on any given day, some will be sleeping, some will be on the other side of the earth just starting out their morning, and before you know it!! Uh-oooo-ga!!! <– my best rendition of a shofar blast! Prepare to meet Jesus!! It could literally be just any moment now. We pray that it is.
